Nimbu is a platform of Zenjoy BV, Blijde Inkomststraat 22, 3000 Leuven, KBO BE 0838.367.436. The documents on this page determine the conditions under which Nimbu is provided and used. Together they form one contract set.
Nimbu Hosting and License Agreement
The main agreement between Zenjoy and the Customer: hosting services, licence to use, Professional Services, term, prices and termination. The Pricing Table is Annex 1, the model withdrawal form Annex 2.

Terms of Use for platform users
The personal terms for every natural person with access to the Nimbu admin environment. They are separate from the arrangements between Zenjoy and the Customer.
